Our Madison McKinley Team is officially coast to coast and as our team grows and summer travels pick up it’s fun to share our favorite spots for inspiration. As you may have guessed, no-one travels nearly as much as our very own Madison McKinley so we thought it only appropriate to take you along for the ride with a look into Madison’s top picks in Rome.

First stop, drinks!

 

 

You’ll love the ambiance at Piazza del Popolo at Bar Canova. Perfect for people watching and reminiscing on a fun day of exploring. Open Monday through Sunday 7:30 am – 1 am.

At Hotel Rafael the people watching continues but is now paired with beautiful views! Arrive just before sunset and unwind with olives and snacks.

Baffetto is a classic pizza stop in Rome! You won’t be the only one there to enjoy so be prepared for a line but it’s well worth the (occasionally short) wait! Open Monday – Sunday 12 – 3.30pm, 6.30pm – 1am

 


This next stop offers guests a traditional Roman pizza. Buy it at the bakery and enjoy as a snack! Pizza al taglio - Campo dei Fiori . Open Monday – Saturday 7.30am – 2.30pm, 4.45pm – 8pm, Closed Sunday.

 

Looking for a more classic dining experience? You’ll LOVE the food at Pierluigi. Insider tip: Book outside! We highly recommend their delicious, fresh fish. Open Monday – Sunday 12 – 3pm, 7pm – 12pm
